Chinese domestic H-steel price is low now because market demand is resuming at a slow rate. 
 

Market price of 200x200mm H-steel in Tianjin decreases by RMB20-30/ton after RMB100/ton increase in last week and now leading market quotation is RMB3,750/ton.
 

A trader in Shanghai believed that market situation could be much clearer in the end of this month. Market prices of 200x200 and 400x400mm H-steel from Masteel in Shanghai are RMB3,900/ton and RMB4,050-4,100/ton respectively, which are almost unchanged as prices before the holiday. All prices above include 17% VAT.
